Nameless Photography Competition

Terms and Conditions

By entering the Nameless Photography Competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The competition is open to amateur and professional photographers worldwide.

    • Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enter.

  2. Submission Guidelines:

    • Submissions must be original works by the entrant.

    • Entries should be in line with the theme of "Nameless" and reflect the street photography or jazz noir style.

    • Participants may submit multiple entries.

  3. Submission Process:

    • Entries must be submitted via form.

    • The deadline for submissions is December 11th.

    • There is no entry fee; participation is free.

  4. Rights and Usage:

    • Participants retain the rights to their photographs.

    • By entering the competition, participants grant permission for the selected winning photograph to be used on the cover of Christopher Poindexter's book, "Nameless," with due credits on the copyright page.

    • Participants acknowledge that no royalties or payments will be provided for the use of their photographs.

  5. Judging:

    • The judging will be conducted by Christopher Poindexter.

    • The judge's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

  6. Winner Recognition:

    • The winner will be recognized on the copyright page of the book.

  7. Notification:

    • The winner will be notified via email by December 15th, 2023.

    • If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, an alternate winner may be selected.

  8. Publicity:

    • By entering, participants agree to the use of their names and submitted photographs for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.

  9. Disqualification:

    • Entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.

    • Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in immediate disqualification.

  10. General Conditions:

    • The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.

    • Participants agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations during their participation in the competition.
