Responsibilities & Requirements

As an Assistant to the Publishing Specialist, you will work closely with our Publishing Specialist to ensure the seamless execution of content preparation, formatting, and distribution. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to maintaining our high standards and delivering content that captivates our readers. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the Publishing Specialist to format and prepare written content for publication across various platforms.
Conducting quality checks to identify and rectify formatting and layout issues.
Coordinating with authors, editors, and other team members to ensure content is on track and deadlines are met.
Helping maintain organized digital files and databases related to published content.
Assisting in coordinating events related to content releases.
Providing administrative support to the Publishing Specialist as needed.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and external partners.
